We’re extremely proud of our staff members—and with good reason. Every individual we hire is carefully screened and intensively trained to provide attentive, responsive service. The result is well worth the effort: loyal, long-term employees who are dedicated to their work and take pride in our unique community. Residents choose exactly the level of care they require. And rather than relocating from one wing to another as their needs change, they stay where they are—in friendly, familiar surroundings. Our staff simply adjusts to their needs.
For independent, active seniors, we provide a basic housekeeping service as well as the choice of two daily meals (full breakfast, lunch or dinner) prepared by our kitchen staff and served in the restaurant-style community dining room.
All for an affordable monthly fee
A central part of our mission is to make premier retirement living accessible and affordable to a wide spectrum of
seniors. That’s why, unlike most retirement communities, we charge no large entrance fees or “Life Use” deposits. Instead, seniors simply pay one affordable monthly fee—known as a base rate—that covers a long list of amenities and services, including:

Community Fee
A one time community fee is collected at time of move-in. This fee covers resident assessment, administrative fees and room preparation. It also covers a complete move-in which may consist of moving truck rental, Wynnfield Crossing staff assistance with packing, moving the resident and his/her belongings from prior residence and unpacking/settling the resident into their new Wynnfield Crossing apartment.
Optional Services
To accommodate the changing needs of residents, Wynnfield Crossing offers more intensive daily living services for an additional monthly fee. (Refer to folder inserts for details.) These optional services include:
