Level II  
Includes everything in level I plus these additional services:
Dressing assistance
Bathing assistance 2 times a week
Hygiene assistance
Toileting assistance
General personal assistance

 

Level III  
Includes everything in levels I & II plus these additional services:
Special medication assistance
Mobility & transferring assistance
